Attorney Osbourne is the founder of Immi Law Firm PLLC, where she is dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the United States immigration system with strategic, compassionate, and high-quality legal representation.

An experienced immigration lawyer, Attorney Osbourne has practiced law for several years, developing a reputation for thorough legal analysis, meticulous preparation, and strong written advocacy. Before founding the firm, Attorney Osbourne practiced at one of the nation's largest and most respected international law firms, where she gained experience handling sophisticated legal matters and developed the analytical and advocacy skills that continue to benefit clients today. That experience instilled the attention to detail, professionalism, and client-focused approach that continues to guide every immigration matter handled today.

Alongside her BigLaw practice, Attorney Osbourne devoted substantial time to immigration and civil rights advocacy. Working in partnership with organizations including Her Justice, CBS, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, and Catholic Charities.

 

Attorney Osbourne's immigration experience includes representing clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), Immigration Courts throughout the United States, the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and the United States Courts of Appeals. She has also represented individuals in Reasonable Fear Interviews and other complex immigration matters requiring strategic legal advocacy.

Attorney Osbourne's practice includes family-based immigration, adjustment of status, consular processing, humanitarian immigration, deportation / removal defense, waivers, naturalization, appeals, and complex immigration matters involving multiple forms of relief.
