Pricing

Unless expressly stated otherwise: Attorney fees are due upon signing the Engagement Agreement for representation.

Included in the flat fee:

• Initial consultation

• Case preparation

• Document collection

• USCIS forms

• Filing package

• Responses to routine USCIS correspondence

• Regular communication
   

Additional court costs, filing fees, government fees, expert witness fees, investigation costs, and other third-party expenses are not included in the flat fee. Attorney attendance at any USCIS interview, Consular Interview, ICE interview or Court Appearance is not included in the flat fee and will be billed separately. Appeals, Motions to reopen/reconsider, RFE responses, Federal Litigation, Site visits (employment cases) are not included in the flat fee.​
 

Final fees are determined only after consultation and execution of a written engagement agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding fee quote or guarantee of pricing. We reserve the right to charge additional fees depending upon the level of complexity and legal issues that may be involved. If a case will require any additional fees, it will be communicated directly to the Client.
